Just outside Gisenyi, Rwanda, a Maritime Experience Park & Residential Family Village is proposed as part of an integral area development approach that seamlessly combines tourism, infrastructure, and environmental sustainability.
The project will feature various watersports, inviting visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of the peninsula through a network of scenic walking trails. Additionally, the development will include a natural spa, multiple pools, and recreational harbors, enhancing the overall experience.
This initiative is envisioned as a key element within a five-location Tourism Infrastructure strategy, as outlined in the GreenDreamCompany master plan for Rwanda.
A feasibility study will assess the project’s alignment with the Ubuntopia® and Solomon’s Hidden Treasures® brands, ensuring its fit within these renowned experiential tourism concepts.
