Learning and Development Program

In the Netherlands, many highly educated professionals – despite their knowledge, talent, and experience – find themselves temporarily disconnected from the labor market. Whether due to burnout, illness, or other personal circumstances, these individuals deserve a pathway back to meaningful work.

At GreenDreamCompany, we believe in second chances and sustainable reintegration. That’s why we have extended our Learning & Development Program to support not only newcomers, but also professionals in transition who need time, guidance, and a values-driven environment to reconnect with their strengths and the workplace.

This program is designed for global citizens and Dutch professionals with an MBO, HBO, WO background who face barriers related to health, reintegration or life circumstances. Through a unique combination of purpose-driven projects, personal coaching, and practical learning, we provide a safe space for growth: professionally, personally, and socially.

Our participants contribute directly to our cultural edutainment brands while regaining confidence, developing new skills, and preparing for a sustainable return to the labor market. Referring partners, such as reintegration agencies, insurers, municipalities, and social enterprises, are essential in making this possible.
