Learning & Development Program
At GreenDreamCompany, impact is at the heart of what we do. As a certified B Corp and a learning & development company, we empower newcomers, professionals in transition, and interns to grow through real work experience, training, and coaching. Together, we create diverse and inclusive teams that build a sustainable future.
Our Participants
We welcome three main groups into our programs:
- Newcomers: global citizens building a future in the Netherlands, strengthening their language, cultural knowledge, and workplace skills.
- Professionals in Transition: highly educated Dutch professionals recovering from burnout, illness, or personal setbacks, finding space to rediscover their strengths.
- Interns and Young Talent: students and early-career professionals gaining hands-on international experience in a values-driven environment.
By bringing these groups together, we create diverse and inclusive teams where learning, recovery, and innovation go hand in hand.

How Participants Grow
Our programs combine personal coaching, practical learning, and real project experience. Participants develop in three key areas:
Personal Development
- Self-confidence, resilience, and self-awareness
- Energy management and well-being
- Personal coaching and reflection
Social Development
- Dutch language and cultural training
- Soft skills: teamwork, communication, adaptability
- Building a sense of belonging and community
Professional Development
- Workplace readiness: understanding professional culture, ethics, and expectations
- Hands-on experience in our brands: marketing, HR, storytelling, social media, research, project management
- Active involvement in our back office: administration, finance, legal affairs, sustainability, B Corp certification, and organizational development
Workshops & Tailored Learning
We provide tailor-made workshops that support both personal and professional growth. From Dutch language and cultural training to Ubuntu leadership, participants gain knowledge and confidence that helps them thrive in both life and work. These workshops ensure that every participant receives exactly the tools they need to take their next step.
Ubuntopia® Brandstore – Learning by Doing
Our Ubuntopia® brandstore, located on the ground floor of our office, offers a unique environment where participants gain direct experience with customers, partners, and visitors. By working in the store, they practice language, communication, and professional skills in real-world situations, while contributing to a brand that celebrates storytelling, culture, and sustainability.

Education at Our Core
Education is central to our DNA. Through our edutainment concepts and brands, we inspire audiences with stories that connect People, Nature, and Planet. Through our learning & development programs, back-office training, workshops, and brandstore experience, we educate and empower the people behind these experiences.
This dual focus on education, both what we create and how we work, is why GreenDreamCompany consistently scores high in the Education & Learning category of the B Impact Assessment.
