The heritage fortress ought to be transformed into a heritage hotel with museum experiences. The buildings are proposed to be partly underground (similar to the fortress), and the museum will serve as a ‘lifelong learning center,’ providing visitors with the experience of living underground, immersing them in the landscape, and making them feel ‘protected on an island.’
