Over the past few years, we have proudly welcomed several talented individuals with a distance to the labor market into our team through our innovative Learning and Development Program, in collaboration with Werkzaak. These individuals include highly educated yet vulnerable people, such as refugees and migrants, who bring diverse perspectives and skills to our organization.

By offering a holistic approach, we focus on fostering personal, social, and technical development.
